Return-Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return with the following conditions:

New, unworn, undamaged merchandise with original tags and packaging within 10 days from the purchase date for a refund. We cannot accept returns of worn, used or damaged merchandise, merchandise without original tags and packaging or final sale merchandise.

Unfortunately, many retailers are subject to fraudulent return activity. Returns may also be limited or declined based upon our refund verification systems, which are used to process and track returns to help administer our loss prevention program.

There will be a return re-stocking fee of 20% of the selling price of the item, and will be deducted from your refund or merchandise credit.

Item must be returned with the same packaging as it was originally shipped to you (exp. must be enclosed in a plastic bag).

All returns must be accompanied by a RETURN FORM or the original receipt sent to you with your order.

Please note that we do not accept COD shipments.

Sofia Femmè is not responsible for lost return shipments.

If a refund is due, funds will be credited back to your original form of payment.

We cannot reimburse you for an amount greater than your purchase amount.

We will only refund shipping charges on orders if we sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective.

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable, unless the merchandise is defective.

Please allow a processing time of 7-10 business days from the date we receive your return shipment. Please note that our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process the transaction once they receive the refund information from us.

Due to our ever-changing inventory, exchanges are not available for online orders.
